Rural crafts, apple pressing and around 30 local food stalls at The Croft Field Centre, 10am to 3pm.
The Heritage and Apple Festival takes over The Croft Field Centre from 10am to 3pm on Sunday 11 October. It is the October edition of Hungerford Food Community's monthly market, with a heritage crafts theme.
The organisers list apple juicing, flour milling, butter churning, green woodworking, wool spinning, hand milking a cow, ferret racing, Morris dancing and traditional cookery demonstrations. You can bring your own apples and pears to be juiced or identified by apple experts. Around 30 local producer stalls sell food and drink on the day.
Entry price is not published for the October festival, although Hungerford Food Community list their April to September markets as free entry. Check before travelling if that matters to you. Bring your own reusable cup for money off hot drinks.
Listing via Visit Hungerford. Always check times and prices with the organiser before travelling.
