Add an event

Listings are free, and always will be. Village halls, back rooms, markets, fetes, gigs: if it is on in the South West, it belongs here.

Free to list. Money only ever buys prominence, never approval.
Checked by a human. Nothing publishes automatically, so allow a day or two.
Your content stays yours. We just need permission to show and promote it.

Got a poster? Just email it

Send a photo or a PDF of the flyer to flyers@parse.thewestlist.co.uk and we will read the details off it and set the listing up for you. No form, no account. A human still checks it before it goes live, so give us a day or two.

Worth including the date and town in the email if the poster is hard to read.

Does it repeat?

Repeating events are listed once, showing the next date, which moves on by itself.

Repeats until

Only if it stops on a known date. Leave empty if it just keeps going.

Category (required)

PriceThis event is free

What is it? (required)

Up to 400 characters. Write it as you would tell a neighbour, not as an advert.

Your email (required)

Never published. Used only if we need to check something.

Photo or poster

Optional, and it makes a listing far more likely to get looked at. A photo of the poster is perfect. Large images are shrunk in your browser before they are sent.

I have the right to submit this listing and any photo with it, and I am happy for The West List to show and promote it across the network. It stays your content.
