Victorian themed Christmas street event on Hungerford High Street, free entry, 5pm to 10pm on Friday 11 December.
The Hungerford Extravaganza closes the High Street for a Victorian themed Christmas evening on Friday 11 December, from 5pm to 10pm. Visit Hungerford list it as the 34th year of the event.
The programme includes market stalls, fairground rides, steam engines, a Santa's grotto, a nativity scene, reindeer and the town's Christmas lights. Many stalls are run by local charities and community groups.
Entry is free and no ticket is needed. Charities wanting a stall are asked to contact the Hungerford Chamber of Commerce treasurer. Expect road closures in the town centre, so park on the edge of town and walk in.
Listing via Visit Hungerford. Always check times and prices with the organiser before travelling.
