The Funghi Club run a dinner at Carvers Hill Estate in Shalbourne, about four miles south west of Hungerford, on Friday 30 October from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
Chef Laurent Lebeau cooks a seasonal French menu paired with wines from the estate vineyard, which planted six hectares of vines in 2021. Listed dishes include scallops with lobster gel, sole with crab, and braised beef cheeks, served with the estate's Chardonnay and Bordeaux style wines.
