Authors Rawah Badrawi and Suzanne Zeidy share tastes and tales from their cookbook Egypt: Recipes & Stories from an Ancient Land, which gathers over 140 recipes from across the country's four landscapes of sea, desert, river and mountain, plus a Cairo chapter, collected from farmers, monks and Bedouins along the way.
