Free lights switch on at 6pm, festive food and live cello at The Sherborne in Newland.
The Sherborne marks the start of the festive season with food, lights and music in Newland. Festive food is served from the terrace hatch from 5pm, the Christmas lights are switched on at 6pm, and cellist Emily Burridge plays Bach and Christmas favourites in the restaurant from 7pm to 9pm. Entry is free, though restaurant reservations are recommended. The evening also launches the Christmas menus.
