Sherborne Castle and Gardens offers half price entry across this October weekend, so adults pay £7.50 and children aged 3 to 15 pay £2.50, with under 3s free to the gardens and grounds. The pitch is a walk around the lake to see autumn colours reflected in the water. Dogs are welcome on short leads. The site opens at 10am, last admission is 3.30pm and it closes at 4pm.
