The Wheatsheaf is a country pub in the village of Combe Hay, south of Bath, run by the Barton family since 2006. It has four rooms: three in The Shed (Daisy, Bluebell and Buttercup) and The Wendy House beside the kitchen garden, each with a super king bed and en suite rain shower.
The kitchen serves modern British menus using produce from the pub's own kitchen garden, with a set menu Tuesday to Friday, a Thursday steak night, Sunday lunch and seasonal dinner events. There are terraced gardens, real ales and local cider.
The pub and rooms are dog friendly. Food is served Tuesday to Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday lunch; the pub is closed on Mondays.
