The 2026 season runs from 1 April to 30 September, Tuesday to Sunday from noon, subject to tide times. Bookings are made online and must include the full group size, as this sets the water taxi places. Guests at bookings from 6pm must be 14 or over.
The café suggests arriving 10 minutes before the booking time. Nearby parking includes Pier Head car park. Gift vouchers and hampers are sold from its office at Exmouth Marina.
