Tamarisk Farm

Tamarisk Farm is a family-run organic farm at West Bexington, on the coast near Bridport, growing grain and vegetables and rearing grass-fed livestock. The shop sells their own organic meat, wholegrain cereals and pulses, stoneground flours, vegetables and pastured eggs, alongside undyed knitting wool, sheepskins and wool blankets from their flock. It only opens for a couple of short sessions a week, on Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings, reflecting how directly the produce comes from the fields, though the family will open specially by arrangement. There is no cafe on site, so it suits people planning ahead for a genuinely farm-fresh shop.
