Quercus Bistro is an independent restaurant on the ground floor of The Peppermill townhouse on St John's Street, just off the Market Place. It is the second kitchen of Quercus in Royal Wootton Bassett, and the cooking takes its lead from French bistros, with menus that change monthly around produce from nearby farms and suppliers.
It serves lunch and dinner, with Sunday lunch, a wine list and local beers and spirits. You do not need to be staying at the hotel to eat.
It is closed on Mondays. From Tuesday to Sunday the bar opens from noon, lunch is 12pm to 2.30pm and dinner 6pm to 9pm, with Sunday lunch from 12pm to 3pm.
