A torchlit carnival procession through Ottery St Mary town centre, held a few weeks before the town's Tar Barrels event.
Ottery's Torchlit Carnival returns to the town on Friday 16 October, with the procession starting at 8pm and making its way through the town centre. The evening concludes with a fireworks display on Millennium Green at 9.45pm. The carnival is run by the Ottery Carnival Committee and is a separate event from the town's world famous Tar Barrels, which takes place a few weeks later on 5 November.
