Quebec's award-winning folk quintet: hurdy-gurdy, bouzouki, bombard, fiddle and accordion, sung in French.
Le Vent du Nord are a progressive folk band from Quebec with a string of awards and more than 2,400 concerts behind them. Singing in French, with hurdy-gurdy, bouzouki, Quebec bombard, violin and accordion, they weave Irish, Scottish and French melodies into songs about rivers, history, loss, friendship and love, from high-energy dance tunes to quieter pieces.
Their latest album, Voisinages, came out in October 2025 and explores connection between neighbouring cultures. It starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are £20 supported, £25 standard or £28 pay it forward, all including a £3 booking fee.
