Cornwall Hospice marks 45 years by trying to set a Guinness World Record for the largest cream tea party.
Cornwall Hospice is celebrating its 45th year by attempting the Guinness World Records title for the largest cream tea party, and it needs thousands of people at the Royal Cornwall Showground to do it. The afternoon is built around scones with jam and cream and a cup of tea, and everyone there counts towards the record.
There is entertainment through the day, plus a charity shop, a raffle, scratchcards and hospice merchandise. Tickets are £10. There is parking on site, the showground is accessible, and it is a family day out.
Listing via Cornwall 365 What's On. Always check times and prices with the organiser before travelling.
