A free two-day festival where university researchers bring their work out to the public: experiments, activities and ideas about the future.
FUTURES brings research out of the universities and into public venues across Bristol and Bath. You can meet the researchers, try hands-on experiments and activities, and hear about the ideas shaping the future, from climate and technology to health.
It runs from Friday evening, 25 September, to Saturday afternoon, 26 September. Everything is free. Some events need booking, which is done through the FUTURES Eventbrite page, so it is worth checking the programme first. There is plenty for families and curious children.
Listing via University of Bristol. Always check times and prices with the organiser before travelling.
