A community fundraising lunch at Wells Cathedral: food, short live pitches from local causes, and a vote on who gets the money.
Wells Soup brings local people together at the cathedral for an afternoon of food and giving. Local charities and community projects make short live pitches, and the people in the room vote on which one should receive the money raised.
It starts at 12.45pm. Two weeks later, on 26 September, the cathedral hosts its Cider and Cheese Festival.
Listing via Wells Tourism. Always check times and prices with the organiser before travelling.
